WIB Exhibit Marketing
As the art director on this project, I helped MSM’s marketing team brainstorm concepts for their existing booth at the Women In Business conference. Together, we came up with a custom coffee theme where attendees were welcomed to take a personality quiz to determine whether they were Sweet, Bold, Smooth or Nutty. They were then offered a free coffee made to their liking. This service reflected the custom service MSM has become known for in the exhibit industry. I developed the visual theming, carrying it across multiple touchpoints including street clings, a folding brochure, coffee cups, buttons, booth graphics and the animation featured on the plasma.

Event design
When a production company came to us looking for assistance in pulling together a proposal for a posh event at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in NYC, I was assigned to the job in the role of art director. After reviewing the brief with the production company, I visited the site, spoke with the hotel event manager about logistics, measured the rooms and developed a traffic flow plan. I then sourced furniture (client’s budget required rental) and designed lighting and graphics to help direct this flow, while merging well with the existing Art Deco decor of the Waldorf.
Working with an exhibit designer, we developed a series of renderings to describe this visual direction.
